3. What is included in the tour price?
The tour price typically includes the guide service, all planned activities, and sometimes refreshments (like a coffee break or small snack). Additional costs may apply for entrance fees, meals, or optional add-ons, which will be clearly stated when you book the tour. We aim to provide transparent pricing to ensure no hidden costs!

 

4. Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! For groups of 6 or more, we offer discounted rates. Please get in touch with us directly to inquire about group bookings and customized pricing for your specific group size and needs.

 

5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my tour?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we offer flexible cancellation policies:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
  Please note that some tours may have specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

 

6. How long do the private tours last?
The duration of our tours varies depending on the experience:

• Half-day tours: 2-4 hours

• Full-day tours: 6-8 hours

• Special or seasonal events: Duration will be specified in the tour description.
  If you're unsure, feel free to ask us for more details on tour length before booking.

 

7. Do you provide transportation for tours?
For most tours, transportation is not included unless specifically stated in the tour description. We encourage using public transport, taxis, or walking to explore Vancouver’s neighborhoods. However, for custom tours or special events, we can arrange private transportation for an additional cost. Just let us know if you’d like to add this service.

Currently, our tours are conducted in English or Portuguese. If you need assistance in a different language, please contact us in advance, and we’ll try our best to accommodate your needs with a translator or guide.
